At SkyForge Printworks, every order is packed with precision to ensure your model arrives safely and in perfect condition. From small accessories to towering rockets, each item is carefully inspected, protected, and shipped with care.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)
Small Items
Examples: Grid-fin phone stands, mini rockets, small display bases
- Ships via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail
- Flat rate: $6.95
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
Medium Items
Examples: Display stands, booster sets, desktop rockets (under 18")
- Ships via USPS or UPS Ground
- Flat rate: $12.95
- Processing time: 2–4 business days
Large Items
Examples: Falcon 9, Starship, or models over 24" tall
- Ships via UPS or FedEx Ground (insured)
- Shipping cost: $39.95–$69.95 depending on size and destination
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Oversized / Custom Orders
Examples: One-of-a-kind commissions or large display installations
- Ships via freight or specialty carrier
- Shipping cost calculated at checkout or invoiced separately
- Processing time: 10–14 business days
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the UK, and the EU.
- Small to medium items ship via USPS International or Asendia (Estimated cost: $18–$28 USD)
- Large and oversized items ship via UPS International Economy (calculated at checkout)
- Delivery times range from 10–30 business days depending on destination
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import fees
Additional Shipping Information
- Combined Shipping: Multiple small items ship together for one flat rate.
- Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number and insurance up to $100.
- Signature Required: Orders valued over $400 may require signature upon delivery.
- Packaging: All models are shipped in reinforced boxes with foam padding and “Fragile” labeling.
- Damages: Please report any damage within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
